Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how Archelion Limited, trading as The Arch Consulting, handles personal data on this website.
What we collect
This website itself does not collect personal data. It has no accounts and no newsletter. To book a meeting with us, it links to a scheduling page hosted by Cal.com (cal.com).
The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through that scheduling page or by email, for example your name, your email address and the content of your message.
How we use your message
We use your message and contact details only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We do not sell them, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Meeting requests are received through our scheduling provider, Cal.com, and emails through our email provider, Proton Mail.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data you sent us. Write to contact@thearch.so. We will confirm once your request has been handled.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts. This is why there is no cookie banner.
Like any website, our host may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
External links
This website links to our scheduling page on Cal.com and to our pages on LinkedIn, X and YouTube. These services have their own privacy policies.
